Workshop
Four hours. Your team leaves with agents and automations built on their work.
You bring your tasks. Your team builds AI agents, workflows, and tools that handle them. Every participant walks out with hours of busywork off their week, and the skills to keep going on their own.
Who this is for.
Teams that already have AI tools but haven't seen them change how anyone actually works. People use ChatGPT here and there, but nobody's built a real workflow around it. Most of the team's repetitive work still gets done the same way it always has.
Everyone knows there's a gap between having the tools and actually using them well, but no one's sat down and actually done it.
This isn't a prompting course. Your team builds systems that run without them.
If that sounds familiar, this workshop is the fastest way to start.
Put AI to Work — Workshop
25,000 DKK · 4 hours · Up to 10 participants
Every participant submits a list of tasks they do every week in advance. We review them, identify the patterns and quick wins, and adapt the session to your team. It starts with a live build: a real task taken from your input, automated start to finish. Then every participant does the same to their own work.
What you walk out with:
- An AI agent, workflow, or tool built on your own tasks, running by the time you leave
- A map of your team's work: what AI handles, what it accelerates, what to leave alone
- The thinking to keep going: how to decompose, classify, and build for every future task
- A prioritised list of next opportunities and a clear picture of what to tackle next
Format: 4 hours. In-person in Copenhagen or remote. Maximum 10 participants.
Led by a team with almost a decade building AI systems at Apple, Electricity Maps, and FORCE Technology, and delivering AI projects for over 20 companies.
How it works.
0. We learn about your team.
Before anything else, we get context: your organisation, the tools you use, your team's experience with AI, and what kind of work fills their week. This helps us scope the session and meet everyone at the right level.
1. Your team prepares.
Each participant lists their recurring tasks and brings real examples. This takes 20–30 minutes and is what makes the workshop about your work, not a generic demo.
2. We build together.
The session starts with a live build on a real task from the room: automated start to finish. Then every participant does the same: classify your work, pick your highest-leverage task, build a working solution. Agents, workflows, or custom tools: the approach comes from the task, not the other way around.
3. You leave doing things differently.
Working agents and automations, the skills to build more, and a clear picture of what to tackle next. No slides to review. No report to read. You use what you built right away.
What teams build in a session.
Real examples from workshop participants. Each built in under four hours.
Finance team
An agent pulls numbers from three systems, formats the weekly variance report, and writes the first draft. A person reviews and sends.
4 hours every Friday
20 minutes of review
Operations team
A workflow reads inbound supplier emails, extracts pricing and delivery dates, and logs them automatically. No one touches it.
10 interruptions per week
Fully automated
HR team
A tool scores inbound applications against role criteria and surfaces the top candidates with a short explanation for each.
3 hours every morning

What do you spend time on?
avg. hours per weekYour time back
With a team of 8, you're looking at 1,266,810 DKK per year. The workshop costs 25,000 DKK once, for up to 10 people.
How we calculate this
Time estimates come from real tasks we've built AI solutions for in workshops. “Before” is the average time a person spends on that task each week. “After” is the time with a working AI workflow. It's never zero, because you still review, adjust, and decide.
We convert hours saved to money using your salary (281 DKK/hr based on 45,000 DKK/month at 160 working hours). Then subtract the cost of an AI subscription (200 DKK/month).
These are conservative estimates. Most people find additional uses beyond what they build in the workshop.
Need something different?
The standard workshop covers most teams. We can also create a custom session:
Strategy audit
Map AI opportunities against your business goals. Best for leadership teams deciding where to invest.
Software audit
Evaluate your tool spend and assess what you could build and own. Best for ops or finance leads reviewing SaaS costs.
Build session
Your team already knows what they want to build: an internal tool, a product feature, a workflow system. Best for teams with a specific project in mind.
Large group
The standard workshop for 11–30 people with breakout facilitation.

Common questions.
Is four hours enough to make a real difference?
Yes. Because every participant submits their tasks in advance, we arrive with the prep done. Four hours of focused building on your own work produces more than a full day of generic training. Most participants leave with at least one working agent or automation they use the next day.
Does our team need to be technical?
No. The workshop is built for people who do the work, not software developers. If your team works with documents, data, communications, or analysis, you have everything you need. We handle the technical side during the session.
How is this different from AI training?
Most AI training teaches prompt techniques or specific tools. This workshop is about building systems on your actual work. You leave with agents and automations running, not slides to review. The thinking transfers to whatever tools come next.
What tools do you use?
Whatever fits the task. We are not tied to any vendor. The approach comes from the work, not the other way around. That said, most solutions involve tools your team already has access to.
What happens after the workshop?
You keep building. The goal is independence, not a recurring engagement. Every participant leaves with working solutions, a prioritised list of next opportunities, and the skills to tackle them. If you want continued support, we can arrange that, but the workshop is designed to stand on its own.
Can you run this for a larger team?
Yes. The standard workshop is capped at 10 for hands-on depth. For groups of 11–30, we run a large-group format with breakout facilitation. Get in touch and we will work out the right setup.
